    Good location but poor care

I wanted to love it - beautiful downtown Greenville location, renovated facility, Southern charm, and several staff were kind and friendly. But my experience was hurt by poor communication, understaffing (often only two aides), an unhelpful activity director, and volunteers and residents being ignored. Complaints weren't resolved, participation wasn't encouraged, and it felt money-focused rather than caring. Tragically, my mom died after entering the facility, so I cannot recommend it despite its great location and some nice staff.
