    Kind caregivers, comfortable community, pricey

I'm very pleased overall - the caregivers here are kind, attentive and treat my loved one like family, and staff frequently go above and beyond. The building is clean, updated and homey with great activities, good meals (breakfast especially), accessible floors and a painless move-in; my family felt well informed and my relative improved and seems happy. My main downsides were price and occasional staffing/management lapses (understaffing, mixed communication), so expect variability during transitions. I would recommend this place for its caring staff and comfortable, active community.
