    Compassionate staff, clean, safe, lively

I feel my dad is in good hands - the staff are compassionate, well-trained, and truly treat residents like family, and the memory-care and clinical support give me real peace of mind. The community is clean, homey, safe, and lively with lots of activities (though some people mentioned occasional activity gaps, management hiccups, or food/cleanliness concerns). Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend it.
