    Inconsistent care, safety, hygiene issues

I had a mixed, mostly negative experience. The building and activities are nice and a few nurses/therapists (Jeremy, Zac and others) went the extra mile and made short rehab stays pleasant. But care and safety were inconsistent - understaffed shifts, medication errors, long waits for bathroom help, poor hygiene/roaches, lost items and chaotic administration with unprofessional HR. Management turnover and lack of follow-up left residents at risk; I felt pressured not to complain. I'd consider it for a brief rehab stay if you confirm the staff on duty, but I would not trust them for long-term nursing care.
