Great caregivers, terrible management, investigate
I'm grateful the caregiving team was compassionate, helpful, and responsive - they made us comfortable and took great care of my mom (Rhoda Graves was especially helpful). Unfortunately management is terrible, the place seems poorly run with no benefits for staff, and it warrants investigation.
