    Resort-like home with excellent care

I moved my mom to Beacon Crest and couldn't be happier. It's a small, resort-like home with sunlit, spacious rooms and an intimate, family feel. The staff and owners are warm, professional, and truly compassionate - high CNA-to-resident ratio, 24/7 care, quick responses and excellent medical support. The in-house executive chefs prepare fresh, customizable, restaurant-style meals, and there are great amenities and activities (salon, theater, gym, outings) so residents socialize and thrive. Clean, attentive, and reassuring - I highly recommend Beacon Crest.

About Beacon Crest Senior Living Draper

Beacon Crest Senior Living Draper sits along the Wasatch Front in Draper, Utah, in a quiet and comfortable spot that feels like home, and folks here can pick from custom floor plans, ranging from cozy studios to spacious one-bedroom apartments, all with bedrooms, living rooms, and private bathrooms, and the suites look out on pretty views and let in plenty of light. The community started in 2018, and it's locally owned and private, and folks mention how the place feels friendly because the staff, including a President, an Administrator, and a Certified Nursing Assistant/Medical Technician, make an effort to know people by name and help whenever needed, whether someone needs help with meals, bathing, medication, laundry, or just wants a cheerful chat. There's always someone on call for emergencies, 24/7, and nurses help out round the clock, so there's always a sense of safety, and for those who need help with daily activities like dressing or bathing, or need memory care for conditions like Alzheimer's, the care is done with respect and attention.

The building is two stories, designed for safety and comfort, and you'll find outdoor patio space, a sunlit Garden Room, a library for quiet reading, and a theater room for movies or events, and those amenities help make the place feel welcoming. Folks who like pets are welcome to bring them, and the building is handicap accessible to help residents move around with ease. The kitchen has an executive chef who serves three meals a day, fresh and healthy, and there's anytime dining along with kosher and vegetarian choices. Meals are served in an elegant dining room, and the executive culinary team pays attention to both taste and nutrition. Staff also help with laundry, housekeeping, and personal grooming, with a beautician onsite for hair and nails.

Beacon Crest offers assisted living for folks who need some help but still want a sense of independence, and if someone needs more support because of memory issues, there's specialized memory care with secure spaces and trained staff. Residents can choose private rooms and suites, and all utilities except telephone are included, so things stay simple. The community puts a focus on activities to help folks stay sharp, social, and active, with daily and weekly programs, outings, fitness classes, spiritual services, and special events arranged by an activities coordinator, so there's always something to do. Technology support, cable, and Wi-Fi are available, and there are transportation services for shopping, medical visits, and group outings, with pick-up available from residents' homes.

Beacon Crest is planning new cottages for independent living, expected to open in summer 2025, giving more options for seniors who want to live on their own but still enjoy the services and social life. The community has a connection with the Alzheimer's Association and is a member of the Utah Assisted Living Association, and those things might matter to families. Beacon Crest offers tours, consultation lunches, and brochures to those curious about living there, and it puts an emphasis on personal choice and supporting each person's needs, all in a peaceful setting meant for comfort and dignity.
