    Beautiful facility, inconsistent nursing care

I moved my mom here and overall I'm glad we did - the place is beautiful and hotel-like, impeccably clean, with superb meals, engaging activities, excellent therapy, and a warm, family-like memory care that felt safe and compassionate. CNAs, kitchen and activities staff were kind, attentive and often went above and beyond. My big caveat is inconsistent nursing/medication care: we had delayed or incorrect meds, slow pain/antiemetic responses, and occasional rough or unfriendly staff interactions, with management sometimes offering more words than fixes. I recommend the community for its amenities and heart, but only if you monitor medical care closely and ask direct questions about staffing and med protocols.
