Beautiful units but maintenance concerns
I love the gorgeous, spacious, pet-friendly apartments - beautiful, open floor plans, lots of natural light, great amenities and an unbeatable downtown Ogden location with easy transit access. The office staff have been helpful and friendly at times, but management and maintenance responsiveness is inconsistent - I've encountered broken elevators/doors/gates, power outages, safety and cleanliness issues, and poor handling of emergencies. Overall it's a lovely building with fantastic units, but the recurring safety/upkeep problems and spotty management make me wary.
