Warm homelike care with concerns
I chose this community for my mom and liked the warm, home-like feel - genuinely caring, friendly staff (Brandi, Debbie and others stood out), comfortable apartments with large bathrooms, nutritious meals, engaging activities and family-friendly visits. It's small, affordable, clean, and offers outings, help with doctor visits and COVID screening. That said, staffing is inconsistent (weekend/no-staff gaps, slow response times), maintenance and communication can be spotty (broken fixtures, courtyard upkeep, move-in issues). Overall, it's a loving, intimate place that could be a great fit - just confirm staffing, maintenance and paperwork before you commit.
