    Warm frontline staff, poor management

I'm torn - the caregivers and activities team are warm, cheerful and make it feel like home (Rebecca and Jordyn stood out), the place is clean and social, and many residents seem well cared for. However management and owners felt money-focused and unprofessional (unexpected $1,000 cleaning fee, delayed refund), food service and staffing were inconsistent, and I had real safety/neglect concerns (AC left off, strangers in halls). In short: fantastic front-line staff, but check contracts, visit repeatedly, and be cautious about leadership and operations before committing.

About All Seasons Senior Living of West Jordan

All Seasons Senior Living of West Jordan sits in a single-story building and offers several kinds of care for seniors, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, nursing home care, rehabilitation, and short-term respite or day care. The place has a focus on safety and privacy, so wide hallways help people move around, and the memory care centers are fully secured with specially trained staff for folks with Alzheimer's or dementia. There are Level I and Level II care services, so residents get care that fits their health needs, and every person gets a care plan that looks at their specific needs through a step-by-step questionnaire. The staff includes round-the-clock certified caregivers, nurses, and visiting healthcare providers for services like wound care, medication management, and medical assessments by a registered nurse.

People can choose private or semi-private rooms-some are studios, singles, or two-bedroom units, and you can pick furnished or unfurnished spaces. Suites come with private bathrooms and emergency call systems, cable TV, bright windows, and in-room half baths, while showers are accessible and located close by, with laundry and housekeeping included each week. Residents also use washers and dryers in the units if they want, and everyone gets access to safety features like sprinkler systems and handicap accessibility throughout the building.

Every day, residents receive three fresh, dietitian-designed meals, plus nutritious snacks. Special diets like gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low sugar, or low sodium are available. The dining rooms are comfortable, and there are also options for kitchenettes in some units if folks prefer to make a simple meal themselves.

Social and wellness activities, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, and offsite outings help keep residents active and connected, and the community has indoor and outdoor common areas, a fitness center, salons and barbershops, a residents' lounge, games rooms, an activities room, and enclosed courtyards or walking paths. Housekeeping, laundry, guest parking, and transportation-even transportation at cost or accessible by bus line-make getting around and keeping things tidy easier.

People needing help with personal care get assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, walking, or wheelchair use. The presence of aides and medical professionals means support is close by for medication support, podiatry, occupational therapy, and wound care. For family members seeking short-term care, respite care and adult day care services are offered as space is available, providing either daytime support or help for several days or weeks during recovery from illness or surgery.

Residents can join spiritual and devotional gatherings, reminiscence therapy, and health programs, and community staff try to help people stay independent. All Seasons Senior Living of West Jordan participates in assistance programs like Medicaid waivers, VA benefits, and State options, so families who qualify can use aid for services such as transportation, home modifications, meals, homemaker services, legal aid, and in-home care. The community works to recognize senior needs in both urban and rural settings, aiming to serve a broad mix of residents with quality, individualized support. The staff makes an effort to create a safe, welcoming space for people to make friends and stay as healthy as possible. Anyone interested can visit, request brochures, or see the community in person to better understand what's offered and check on availability.
