    Neglectful, dishonest facility causing harm

I trusted this place with my mother and regret it deeply. In my experience management was money-driven and dishonest, admins were unhelpful, and the patient advocate worked for the facility-not the residents. Caregivers were often compassionate but clearly understaffed; there were a few good workers amid generally poor care, neglect, and unsafe practices (a night aide refused water and yanked a call remote that caused a cut). They forced pureed meals despite her ability to chew, provided no meaningful rehab, misrepresented bed-rest orders, and her mobility declined; she developed pressure ulcers, aspiration pneumonia, UTI and MRSA with frequent ambulance transfers. I was also uncomfortable with gender bias in intimate care (objected to male CNAs and imaging techs) and felt safety was not prioritized. My mother died shortly after admission - avoid this facility.
