Compassionate staff, serious systemic failures
I had a deeply mixed stay. The therapy teams, CNAs and some nurses were outstanding - compassionate, effective, and helped restore mobility; admissions and some managers were helpful and pet-friendly. But nursing and management were inconsistent: chronic understaffing, missed treatments/appointments, delayed or skipped personal care (showers, baths, feeding), poor communication, lost belongings, safety/infection-control lapses and unresponsive administration that even involved Adult Protective Services. Because of those serious care and safety failures I can't recommend this place for long-term care or complex rehab despite pockets of excellent staff.
