    Warm staff, concerning medication theft

I'm torn: the staff I dealt with were warm, helpful and caring, the facility is clean, home-like with good food, activities and strong pandemic precautions - many residents seem happy and well cared for. However, I also witnessed or heard recurring problems: medication refill/administration breakdowns, reports of medication mishandling/theft, pest incidents (lice/bed bugs), understaffing, rude or unprofessional employees and poor management communication. There are also complaints about hidden charges, inconsistent care quality and occasional safety lapses, so quality varies by shift. I'd visit multiple times, ask direct questions about meds/staffing/fees, and be cautious before entrusting a loved one.
