Supportive rehab with dining issues
I'm grateful for the caring, professional staff and excellent therapy that helped me recover and reduce my fear of falling. The facility is generally clean, with large rooms, attractive visiting areas and a pleasant courtyard, and call-button response was quick. Nurses, CNAs and therapists (Ivory, Kathryn, Tina, Kimberly, Susie) were attentive and made me feel important. Drawbacks: meals were often unappetizing (soggy vegetables, overcooked), activities were reduced by COVID, and I've noticed a recent decline in cleanliness and staff attitude since new ownership. Overall a supportive place for rehab with room for improvement in dining and management.
