    Gorgeous community, verify costs, safety

    I toured this stunning, country-club-style community and was impressed - gorgeous architecture and views, pools, gym/spa, movie theater, full-kitchen units, excellent dining, active clubs and warm, attentive staff; I could happily live out my life here. The facilities are pristine and the continuum of care feels reassuring, but there are reports of very high fees and some troubling safety/care incidents (evacuation and response concerns, financial complaints) that deserve direct questions. Overall: world-class amenities and welcoming staff, recommended with reservations until you verify costs and safety practices.
