    Compassionate staff but systemic failures

I saw caring, professional nurses, therapists and activities staff and often very clean rooms and common areas, but my experience was wildly inconsistent. Chronic short-staffing, high turnover and poor management/HR response led to missed meds, neglected hygiene, locked rooms/visit restrictions and even safety incidents. Some leaders (David, Joe, Judy) and skilled staff deserve praise, yet ownership/administration changes, intimidation and swept-under-the-rug problems undermined care. Bottom line: there are compassionate people doing great work, but systemic management and staffing failures make the facility risky - proceed with caution.
