Morning View Terrace sits in Escondido, CA, and is a senior living community for people aged 55 and older, where folks can pick from private apartments, studios, and homes ranging from 480 to 948 square feet, with options including one or two bathrooms. The place is proud of its welcoming atmosphere, with staff said to be helpful, joyful, and kind, always around to offer 24-hour supervision and support, especially for those who need help with daily activities, and they keep a strong focus on residents' safety and comfort, so they've set up good security systems, accessible features, and a home-like setting. The community's got housekeeping and maintenance services, meal services with food planned and prepared by chefs, transportation for errands or appointments, and internet for those who want to stay connected, while common living areas and landscaped outdoor spaces give everyone room to spend time together or enjoy some fresh air. Morning View Terrace offers assisted living and memory care, with special units and personalized care plans set up for folks with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, helping them stay as independent as possible for as long as possible, and the staff put a lot of care into programs and activities that keep everyone engaged-socially, physically, mentally, and emotionally-which seems to make a difference, since the community's been recognized as a Best of Senior Living All Star for outstanding reviews by residents and families. Residents enjoy the support of 24-hour staff, nutritious meals, regular housekeeping, pet-friendly policies, and spaces to gather, all while being able to live as independently as they can, and there's a focus on making sure everyone feels welcome whether they're moving in by themselves or with family. A brochure is available for prospective residents and families, but there is no further information about specific names for care programs or features at Morning View Terrace.

Poor management and pest issues
I lived here and experienced poor management, mostly unresponsive staff, bed bugs and mice, broken furniture, overflowing trash and security problems with homeless people on the property. Maintenance was slow but did replace my refrigerator and sometimes helped; my family appreciated the location near a bus stop, grocery and bank and the mild climate. With frequent three-day notices, rent disputes and threats of court action, I cannot recommend this facility.
