Cozy subsidized community; maintenance delays
I'm a long-term resident and my mother loves it here. It's affordable/subsidized with a cozy, secure building, nice common areas and apartments, lots of activities, and a strong sense of community - administration and staff are generally pleasant and very helpful. Downsides: building-wide upkeep and cleanliness are inconsistent (recurring roach treatments), maintenance can be slow and staff sometimes hard to reach when issues like blinds or the stove need parts. Overall it's worthwhile and I recommend it.
