Beautiful grounds, social, slightly small
I moved in because the grounds and common areas are beautifully kept, the place feels safe and the staff and manager are professional, caring and responsive. My apartment is clean and livable with an in-unit kitchen/bath, great views, plenty of parking and handy services (shuttle, emergency call, dining room, laundry) and the community is social and neighborly. Downsides: the location is a bit isolated, the fire alarms can be loudly triggered at odd hours, the trash room sometimes overflows, event calendar info arrived late and rents go up annually-nice place, just smaller than I was looking for.
