    Great amenities but poor management

I had a very mixed experience. The newer facility, spacious rooms and unbelievable community center are beautiful - attentive, upbeat staff, great activities (bingo, poker, Taco/Pizza nights), shuttle, clean pool, salon, daily trips and wonderful food made life enjoyable, and maintenance often went the extra mile. But management was disappointing: slow, high-pressure leasing, unresponsive about utilities and move-in cleanliness, minimal repairs, dirty/damaged carpets, parking and safety concerns, and even privacy issues - so despite the great amenities and many helpful staff I'm hesitant to fully recommend.
