Excellent rehab; staffing and food
I had a generally positive experience. Rehab was excellent and helped my loved one regain mobility, and therapists were professional and encouraging. Most staff and nurses were caring, friendly, and often went above and beyond, but nursing is visibly short-staffed and a few nurses/aides could be brusque. Admissions and therapy communication was proactive, though floor-level updates were sometimes slow or inconsistent. The facility is very clean and meals are plentiful and often tasty, but food quality and special-diet options can be hit-or-miss. I'd recommend it overall with reservations about staffing, communication, and occasional food issues.
