The Villa offers a range of specialized services, including rehabilitation following hospital stays, memory care, and both short- and long-term skilled nursing care. There are fifteen rooms specifically designed to support individuals in need of rehabilitation after hospitalization, allowing for continued acute care in a closely monitored setting that home care cannot typically provide. This part of The Villa features a state-of-the-art 2,500 square foot physical therapy gym, staffed by a team of experienced physical and occupational therapists, ensuring that each patient receives tailored assistance to meet their recovery goals. In addition to the rehabilitation rooms, the facility houses sixty-six private and semi-private rooms for residents requiring skilled nursing. Each room, even semi-private ones, is designed to offer personal space and comfort, with picture windows next to every bed and wall separations that provide a sense of privacy. The Villa includes inviting living areas, encouraging families to gather and spend meaningful time together.

The team includes Kathy Jeffs, the Business Office Manager, Stephanie Hunt, who oversees housekeeping and laundry as supervisor, and Sherry Bird, the Recreational Therapy Director. Breanne Burton serves as Villa RN, enriching the care team with her diverse educational background and dedication. Michelle Stevens works as the Villa Resident Advocate, ensuring that each resident's needs and preferences are prioritized, while Heather Hansen, the Admissions Coordinator, guides families and residents through their transition to The Villa.
