    Excellent therapists, inconsistent after-hours care

I had a mixed stay: the building is clean, attractive and close to the hospital, with excellent rehab (Amanda and Emily), kind daytime staff, and a restful environment - they even let me bring my own mattress and lift chair. But care was inconsistent: meds and pain relief were frequently delayed, wound dressings and oxygen weren't reliably monitored, housekeeping and meal service were hit-or-miss (food average and limited), and communication/accountability broke down nights and weekends. Administration tried to help, and therapists were outstanding, but I'd be cautious because of the after-hours and medication problems.
