Spotless building, caring staff, issues
I live here and I'm very happy with the bright, beautiful, spotlessly clean building, restaurant-style meals, and the many activities (gym, theater, pool, happy hour, games) that create a real sense of community. The staff are overwhelmingly kind, responsive and often go above and beyond - move-in help, attentive caregivers and friendly servers stand out. That said, there are growing pains: occasional medication or housekeeping/laundry mistakes, slow panic-button responses at times, and some troubling management/administrative and deposit/admission issues to clarify. Overall I recommend it for the care, amenities, and warm atmosphere, but confirm medical and financial policies up front.
