Lovely facility but staffing concerns
I found the place gorgeous, clean, and comfortable - big rooms, lovely courtyards, multiple seating areas, and a warm, patient staff who ran nice activities, daily snacks, entertainment and good Life Enrichment support. Staff were overwhelmingly kind, helpful, and caring; med-care units and some campuses had excellent coordination and quick responses. My concern is chronic understaffing, leadership turnover and troubling oversight in memory care (risk of neglect/bedsores, inconsistent training, misleading advertising and poor hospice/coordination at times). Overall I'm grateful for the caring staff but cautious - verify staffing, memory-care supervision, and food/service consistency before deciding.
