Nice apartment but management issues
I like the apartment, view, landscaping and location - clean, quiet and a fantastic deal for 62+; residents and staff like Sandra have been friendly so far. But I've witnessed unprofessional, loud and startling staff behavior (yelling, slammed doors), construction mess during my tour, and thefts of deliveries/coffee cups with little action from management. Promising when renovations finish, but management must fix safety and customer-service issues.
