Caring staff, unreliable management, tragic
I'm deeply grateful to the first-rate, very professional rehab team and physical therapist - their loving, caring nurses helped my wife recover and cared for my grandma. But management was unresponsive, communications were poor (calls unanswered, I wasn't allowed to speak to the administrator), medications were delayed, and a questionable hospital transfer preceded my grandma's cardiac arrest and death. Because of that inconsistency I cannot recommend this facility and am moving my sister elsewhere.
