Worrisome neglect despite compassionate staff
I had a mixed but mostly worrying experience at this senior living facility. Some nurses, therapists and front-desk staff were compassionate and the building often looked clean and peaceful, but chronic CNA shortages, restricted phone/Wi-Fi access, unresponsive administration, and unsafe or neglectful care (patients left unattended or wet, bedsores, poor hygiene, no/slow AC repairs, limited rehab, even ER transfers) left me distrustful. I cannot recommend sending a loved one here.
