    Caring staff, clean home, pricey

I'm very pleased with Genesis Manor II - the staff are experienced, compassionate, and treat my mother like family; she's thriving, more aware and talking, well fed, and the remodeled, spacious home is clean. They're accommodating (hosted a backyard birthday for 30+ guests), offer helpful placement assistance, two caregivers on duty and monthly doctor visits, but activities could be increased. My main concerns are lax entrance security (I saw a loose, barking dog in the lobby) and the high cost-still, I would recommend Genesis Manor II for the caring, attentive team.
