    Warm nurses, poor care, lice

My experience at Oak Park Manor was mixed. Laura and a few nurses were warm, attentive and kept the place clean - they cared for my grandma wonderfully during her passing - but many caregivers lacked patience and compassion, care has declined under new administration, and I even found body lice, so I plan to report it and urge others to be cautious.
