    Clean building, caring staff, peaceful

I'm very pleased with this senior living facility - the building, grounds, and rooms are spotless, quiet, and conveniently next to a park. The main caregiver is compassionate and knowledgeable, staffing feels adequate, and they handled puree meal needs without issue.

    About Eastvale Meadows

Eastvale Meadows sits in Corona, California, between Norco and Ontario, right along the foothills of Baldy Mountain where the setting is peaceful and close to Southern California's busy cities, and it's new, small, and home-like with room for fewer than ten people. Residents find studios and single or two-bedroom options, with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, and common rooms for relaxing or joining in on activities. Folks get help with daily tasks, like bathing, dressing, and taking their medicine, as the team offers 24-hour supervision and a call system that means quick response, with on-call support always close by. Caregivers help with personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, linen service, cooking, and serving meals that use organic ingredients, plus they take care of chores so people don't have to worry about cooking or cleaning, and residents can get special diets for allergies or diabetes.

Meal times run all day with a dining room where group meals are shared, and there's a garden outside, walking paths, and relaxing views. There's pet-friendly living, allowing dogs and cats in certain rooms, and a mix of private suites and shared rooms, all fully furnished and ready with air conditioning, internet, cable, and even washers and dryers available. Transportation services take folks to doctor's appointments, help arrange rides, and guest parking is on-site, making visits easy. There's a salon, a barbershop, game rooms, and social, arts, and education activities fill the schedule, and there are fitness options, too, where folks can join in as much as they want.

Healthcare services cover a lot, from regular health checks and coordination with doctors to help with medications, incontinence, diabetes, and support for folks who may be bed-bound or require more complex care. There's a focus on memory care, with services for people living with Alzheimer's or dementia, and staff can assist with non-medical and medical needs as required, plus specialized home care is an option if needed. Safety and accessibility are built in, with sprinkler systems, emergency alert buttons, grab bars, and the building's designed for seniors and people with disabilities.

House staff clean rooms, help with laundry, organize activities, and keep things in good shape, while offering move-in support if it's needed, and there's always help available for arranging insurance like long-term care. Interactive tools-like a symptom checker-and a full health library help keep folks informed, and the community supports seniors with resources for things like elder abuse prevention, opioid addiction, disaster mental health, and suicide prevention. Eastvale Meadows aims to be safe and welcoming, in a calm spot with mountain views, where every resident gets care suited to individual needs, whether assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or even board and care services, all in a place that feels friendly and quiet.
