Well-run but inspect before deciding
I'm a family member of a long-term resident - overall it's well-run with friendly, caring staff, park-like grounds, an inviting foyer, roomy decorated suites with individual climate control, active communal areas, varied outings (monthly birthday parties) and tasty, global/nutritious meals and snacks. That said, experiences vary: I've heard of lapses in attention, staff language barriers, occasional medication/cleanliness concerns and some run-down reports, so I'd recommend a careful tour and questions before deciding.
