Neglectful understaffed dishonest unsafe care
I placed my loved one here and deeply regret it. Rooms were dirty, paint and cabinets worn, beds old and in need of replacement, and the place is clearly understaffed. Medical and therapy services were unreliable-meds went missing, a TB test was done without consent, nurses couldn't answer treatment questions, and subacute trach/therapy care was inadequate-communication was poor, complaints ignored, and a delayed hospital transfer left my family member deteriorated and needing an urgent transfusion; I felt they were left to die. The front area and kitchen looked updated, but otherwise it felt profit-driven, rude, dishonest, and neglectful.
