    Found five residents living there; tour noted five bedrooms, locked knives and cleaning supplies, a combined dining/kitchen with a seven-day non-perishable and two-day perishable food supply, and water at 106.1 F. Bathrooms had safety features and detectors were working, laundry was locked, the side yard gate was not locked, and the pool area remained gated. Resident and staff records were reviewed, and an exit interview conducted.
