    Excellent therapy, inconsistent care concerns

I had a mixed experience: the therapy and many caregivers were exceptional - attentive, professional and got my loved one home healthier. I've seen positive management changes, better-focused nursing roles and convenient 24/7 family access. That said, communication gaps, inconsistent nursing (some staff very caring, a few neglectful), food and cleanliness problems, and missing belongings/theft reports left me very concerned. For short-term rehab I would recommend it; for complex wound/stroke or long-term high-dependency care I would be cautious and monitor closely. Overall grateful for the rehab team but wary of hygiene, security and staffing inconsistencies.
