      Compassionate care but inconsistent management

I placed my mom at Ray of Hope and overall saw her quality of life improve - compassionate, attentive caregivers, 24-hour coverage, very clean and home-like with good food, activities, porch spaces and responsive help with hospital/hospice needs. The staff were dedicated and loving, and my mom adjusted well and made friends. That said, communication about a refund was poor, management/owner sometimes lacked warmth (and can be abrupt), and we had concerns about staffing consistency and a medication/diabetes issue - buyer beware. Despite those problems, I would recommend it for personalized, nurturing care.
