    Clean friendly staff convenient location

My father is doing well here - the apartments are clean and well-kept (ours even had new carpet), staff and residents are friendly and extremely helpful, and the food is good. Convenient walking distance to the library, hairdressers and restaurants with a full kitchen and balcony; only drawbacks are limited amenities and occasional older-carpet/odd smells in parts of the building. I would recommend it.
