    Remodeled exterior, poor understaffed care

I liked the newly remodeled exterior, quiet residential location across from a large hospital, sheltered outdoor areas, short-term stays and OK dining. However chronic understaffing left CNAs/LVNs overworked and care quality poor - slow responsiveness, staff favoritism, hallway urine odor, irregular cleaning, rundown shared rooms and incidents (bedsores/UTIs) forced me to pull my relative out. Some nurses were excellent and gave good updates, but with a 1/5 state rating I cannot recommend it until staffing and hygiene improve.
