    Neglectful, unsafe care; avoid facility

I moved my mom here expecting proper care but found staff often neglectful and management absent. Equipment (hospital bed, TV) wasn’t ready, caregivers smoked indoors and smoke exposure led to hospitalization. My relative developed bedsores and the food was so poor we had to bring our own. Management gave false assurances about being “nice” and “very clean” — a few staff were compassionate and the owner seemed supportive, but overall it felt unsafe and I cannot recommend it.
