    Warm, clean facility; safety concerns

    I felt welcomed by warm, friendly staff in a clean, modern, home-like facility with accessible rooms, strong COVID protocols, daily music and exercise, memory-care capability, and healthy, delicious meals. Staff were caring and communicative - they coordinated meds and medical visits, sent family photos/videos, and generally provided professional, attentive care. However, we experienced a serious safety lapse (bathroom/diapering issue and a UTI that led to an ER visit), plus occasional poor communication and low staffing, so I recommend touring, asking about incidents/staffing, and making sure it's the right fit.
