    Inconsistent care, poor hygiene, food

I had a mixed but mostly negative experience. Some CNAs, therapists and reception staff were caring, professional and helpful, and parts of the facility were clean - but clinical care and leadership were inconsistent and often unacceptable. Call bells took 10-40 minutes, nurses and doctors were frequently unavailable, meds and care were sometimes handled by inexperienced staff, diapers and showers were delayed, and there were reports of infections and delayed hospital transfers. Food was cold, bland and limited, the building is old with occasional mold/stench, and administration/phone service was unresponsive. Overall I would not recommend this place unless staffing, management and basic hygiene/food service improve.
