    Spotless, home-like care with caveats

I'm very pleased - the facility is spotless, spacious, well-lit and home-like with kind, attentive staff, healthy/delicious meals, reliable medication administration, lovely outdoor walking paths and a calming atrium fountain; the administrator truly advocates for residents. My relative recovered well and was happy there, but I noticed frequent staff turnover, long caregiver shifts and uneven training for new hires, occasional owner outbursts, no in-room night call bell and limited evening TV. Overall I'm grateful and would recommend it for general senior care, though not ideal for advanced dementia or residents needing lots of social engagement.
