    Caring home, excellent communication, staffing

I placed my mom here and I'm very pleased - management stays on top and communication is excellent. The caregivers (especially Jess and Cynthia) are caring, meals are good, and the place is clean, odor-free, safe and truly home-like; she settled in and her life (and ours) has improved. It was better than other options and feels like the best care, though I worry about staffing when one caregiver covers a dozen-plus residents.
