Caring staff but inconsistent care
I had a mixed stay. Many nurses, CNAs and therapists were kind, hardworking and went above and beyond - therapy sped my recovery and some caregivers made my day - but the facility is often understaffed with slow responses to call lights and meds, spotty communication, language barriers, hygiene/odor issues and missed/neglected care at times. Beautiful, hotel-like building with caring people behind the scenes, but inconsistent medical attention and management responsiveness mean I can't fully recommend it.
