The nurse turnover rate sits lower than the state average, with about 37.8 percent leaving compared to 47.1 percent statewide, but nurse staffing falls a bit short of the average, coming in at 3.37 nurse hours per resident per day when the state's number sits at 4.3, and that's something to think about. Since July 2022, Seth Anderson's managed the facility, which is directly owned by Pennant Healthcare, LLC, with The Ensign Group Inc as the indirect owner, and there's another connected location, Lake Mead Health and Rehabilitation Center, in Henderson, NV, making it part of a bigger system.
