    Pleasant staff, construction, cleanliness issues

    I live here and overall I'm pleased: the atmosphere is pleasant, the place offers independent, assisted and continuing care, and daily outings and on-campus activities (pool, gym, library, dining hall, kitchenette, convenience store) keep life active. The staff-Brandy, Quinn and many compassionate, professional team members (some with Masonic backgrounds)-are dedicated, informative and promote resident autonomy and stability; safety measures like fingerprinting/background checks are reassuring. My main issue is ongoing construction (about five years) and persistent cleanliness problems-daily trash buildup attracts flies, squirrels, rodents and large birds.
