Long waits, pests, broken promises
I had a mixed, mostly worrying experience: long waits, delayed access to an apartment that wasn't ready, unhelpful maintenance, a rusted washer and a dryer that burned sheets and set off the smoke alarm with a gas smell, plus roaches/bed bugs and several unrepaired items. Some staff were helpful and the grounds are well kept, but broken promises, rude office staff and safety/pest issues make me very cautious despite it being pleasant at times and better than some alternatives.
